Welcome to Recipe Finder, a mobile application operated by Celestara (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Recipe Finder app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Recipe Finder, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Use of the App
- You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the App or its content.
- All recipes and related content are for informational use only.
- If enabled, biometric login is used only for local authentication; no biometric data is stored by Celestara or Firebase.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your email. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content within the App, including “Recipe Finder” and “Celestara,” are the property of Celestara.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates Firebase for authentication and Spoonacular API for recipe data. These partners follow standard practices but Celestara is not responsible for third-party content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Celestara shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App means acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact-us@celestara.ca. Upon deletion, data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
